Education, Certification and Training

In order to facilitate career growth, we have in a place an education policy where we reimburse expenses incurred towards pursuing higher education in the line of work. We also encourage employees to take up certifications in their line of work. Towards this we provide reimbursement for the expenses incurred in examinations, memberships, training etc.

We conduct regular training programs in popular technical, soft-skills and management areas. We also nominate our employees to open programs of various types. All these are supported by a good training infrastructure.
