What is the difference between little endian and big endian?

### Explanation

- Big Endian and little Endian are used to describe the order in which sequence of bytes are stored in a memory.

**Big Endian**:

- Here, the “big end” (most significant value in the sequence) is stored on the lowest storage address.
- For e. g. , in storing 1234 first 12 is stored at some address and then 34 is stored on next memory address.

**Little Endian**:

- Here, the “little end” (lowest significant value in the sequence) is stored on the lowest storage address.
- For e. g. , in storing 1234 first 34 gets stored at some address and then 12 is stored on next address.

### Explanation

- For two different sets or variables, A and B,

(A + B) ’ = A’B’………. (i)

(AB) ’ = A’ + B’………. . (ii)

- This law is applicable in Boolean algebra and set operations.
- Equation (i) says that complement of sum of two variables is equal to the product of the compliment of each variable.
- Equation (ii) says that compliment of the product of two variables is equal to the sum of compliment of each variable.
